With our state of the art scheduling software that communicates Live with our office, our technicians carry smartphones with them to enter chemical readings, chemicals added, take pictures of the pool before and after they clean it and fill out all of the details of the visit. When they close out the ticket, an email will immediately be sent to you showing you everything that was done to your pool that day! This eliminates the questions you may have and whether or not the technician made it to your pool that day. After all, we know you are busy and you left the pool maintenance up to us. Isn’t it nice to know you will be notified immediately after we are finished?
